My footage chosen to be featured in the International Documentary “One Day on Earth”

Got word that footage I submitted to be featured in the International Documentary “One Day on Earth” has been chosen AND it made the first trailer! Right at :44 seconds you will see my bear catching a salmon shot! The One Day on Earth film project started on 10-10-10 where footage was shot in every country in the world in an effort to document what life is like on Earth. Watch the trailer here:

Kokanee Salmon Spawn-Lake Tahoe

I recently joined onedayonearth.org to shoot footage of life on earth on 10-10-10. Nature and the planet are very important for me so I decided to shoot the annual salmon spawning that occurs at Taylor Creek Lake Tahoe, CA. 5 minutes on site and a baby bear appeared from the trees to grab a little snack of salmon from the creek. Luckily I had my telephoto zoom lens attached and grabbed all of the action! That same night I was hired to shoot a sold out show at Grand Sierra Resort for Bassnectars’s 10-10-10 show. Just posted my edit for the sold out Bassnectar show shot on 10-10-10. Bassnecatar built his success playing the Burning Man festival many years in a row and now fills large concert halls around the globe! The vibe of the audience combined with an amazing bass heavy sound system and Bassnectar’s high energy performance made for a killer video. Check it out on the video page.
New Maui Movie Posted

Three weeks later and I'm still suffering from Maui blues! The tropical lush paradise is such a blast! Every inch of that island begs to be explored. I just posted a video shot with my brand new Canon T2i, only one week out of the box. This footage was pretty much my first test with this camera. Check it out on the video page.
